2026 Comprehensive Facilities Plan

We are currently working on creating the next 20-year Comprehensive Facilities Plan. It is expected to be completed in 2026. More information about this effort is available on the project page.

2014 Partial Facilities Plan Update

This Partial Facilities Plan was prepared to provide an analysis of the critical wastewater treatment process capacities and to provide a technical basis for interim-term planning decisions as the MWMC approached its renewal of the Eugene-Springfield Regional Water Pollution Control Facility’s (WPCF’s) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) permit.

2004 Comprehensive Facilities Plan

The MWMC Facilities Plan is a large document. There are two volumes the Facilities Plan and Technical Memorandums/Appendixes. The volumes are broken down into sections for easy computer accessibility. The sections are based on chapters, tables, and figures of the plan.

The 2004 Plan provided planning direction through 2024 and is now aging out. The 2004 plan is available for review by chapter and appendices below.
