Community and School Tours

The MWMC provides tours of the regional wastewater treatment plant for schools, community and neighborhood groups. Email mwmcpartners@springfield-or.gov to arrange a tour of the facility.

Tour groups should expect to be on site for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Everyone participating in the tour must wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals) and there is no eating while on the tour.

Note that due to safety concerns, tour participants must generally be 10 years or older. Other educational opportunities may be available for younger students.
